What You’ll Do.

  • You will inspire and coach your team on best practices, support their professional development and optimize their contribution.
  • You will be an active team leader, supporting your team wherever required in client activity and deals; you will help develop and win strategic deals.
  • You will continuously analyse the pipeline, leads, marketing strategy and sales team identifying areas of improvement or adjustment in order to meet both short term and long term targets.
  • You will be comfortable with, and be highly disciplined in using CRM tools to facilitate your team’s success. 
  • You will work closely with customer success teams and be responsible for ensuring that you and your team have an in depth understanding of how existing customers benefit from our systems.
  • You will work closely with the development team ensuring that you and your team are familiar with new functionality, modules and go live dates.
  • You will build a world class sales and marketing team, identify requirements, create and manage a budget, and recruit the right people at the right times.

Who You Are and What Makes You Qualified.

  • You will have previously been responsible for growing sales teams; identifying gaps; creating job specs; recruitment; coaching.
  • You have 7-15 years of enterprise software sales experience, including being part of each phase of complex enterprise wide SaaS deals.
  • You are a proven leader. You will have managed a team of more than 5 people and been responsible for achieving annual recurring revenue of €5 million. 
  • You will have managed remote teams across multiple time zones, you understand the challenges this creates and have solutions to those challenges.
  • You genuinely care about others, you create a culture of learning and collaboration wherever you are. Leading by example, you challenge yourself to learn and then empower others by sharing your experiences.

Software QA Engineer

OneLook Systems is a provider of a number of software products designed to improve the safety and compliance of workers. Some of OneLook Systems customers include Diageo, EMC, Johnson & Johnson, Abbott and GSK.

OneLook Systems is now seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to work closely with our Software Development and Customer Success teams to ensure quality throughout our Software Development Lifecycle and Customer Deployment processes. In addition to a competitive salary we also have a great working environment including flexible working hours, an office stocked with great coffee, fruit & healthy snacks, regular team building activities and social events.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Test current products and identifying deficiencies.

  • Suggest solutions to identified product problems.

  • Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.

  • Produce quality and compliance related documentation.

  • Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy.

  • Collaborate with the Software Development team to ensure consistent project execution.

  • Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement.

  • Oversee continuous improvement projects.

  • Collect quality data.

  • Identify key KPIs for product quality.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.

  • Experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies.

  • Previous experience with web application security principles and vulnerability testing.

  • Experience with coding using ColdFusion, Java, Bootstrap a plus.

  • Experience with software QA tools and processes.

  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.

  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

  • Team player.

  • Good time-management skills.

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
